Randy L. Milligan, CPA

Randy is the partner-in-charge of our Little Rock audit practice. As such, he directs and controls the efforts of all personnel assigned to an engagement. Randy determines the content of the audit reports and any other written communications provided to our clients, ensures that Firm and professional standards are observed throughout the engagement, and reviews the results of all services provided.

Randy joined Thomas & Thomas LLP in 1988 after completing his Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting at the University of Central Arkansas in Conway.  He is licensed to practice as a Certified Public Accountant in Arkansas and is a member of the AICPA, the ASCPA and the AGA. Randy currently serves as a member of the Peer Review Committee of the ASCPA.  He was a participant in Class XVI of Leadership Greater Little Rock during 2001 and in the Faulkner County Leadership Institute during 1998. Randy is a member of the Board of Trustees of the Arkansas Game and Fish Foundation and a Board Member of Youth Home, Inc.
